The round cover with a narrow flange and a short-stemmed round knob. Decorated in famille verte enamel colours: iron-red, green, yellow and aubergine. On the side to the left of the spout a red and green outlined panel with an Immortal riding a qilin (a Chinese unicorn). A similar panel to the right of the spout with three playing children.
